This document governs the rights and obligations of users as well as the operational terms of the calo11 platform. Please read this page in full before registering or using our services. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by calo11 through the site https://calo11.vip,, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms apply to all users, including visitors without a registered account, registered users, and anyone accessing the platform in any capacity.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the calo11 platform. Creating duplicate accounts or accounts in another person's name is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or deletion of the relevant accounts without prior notice. New account registration is done through the platform's official registration page.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login information confidential. All activity that occurs through your account — including transactions, bets, and profile data changes — is considered an action you have knowingly and legitimately carried out, unless you can prove otherwise with valid documentation. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact the customer support team immediately.
Identity verification (KYC) is required to activate the withdrawal feature. 3. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in betting and gaming activities on this platform does not conflict with the laws and regulations in force in your place of residence.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following on the calo11 platform:
- Using another person's account or creating an account on behalf of another person without valid authorization.
- Committing fraud, manipulating the system, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for undue gain.
- Sharing an account or password with any other party, including family members.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Taking any action that could disrupt the normal operation of the platform or harm other users.

4. Transactions, Payments & Withdrawals
All transactions on the calo11 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits can be made through a variety of available local payment methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets such as Dana, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination account details before making a transfer.
Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen — ranging from a few minutes for e-wallets to several tens of minutes for bank transfers during peak hours. All minimum deposit limits are estimates and may change in accordance with the platform's current policies. calo11 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (banks or e-wallet providers).
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in the name of the same account holder. The name on the destination bank account must match the verified name on the calo11 account. You must meet all applicable rollover requirements before any balance derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. calo11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity. calo11 reserves the right to delay, block, or cancel transactions suspected of being linked to illegal activity, and is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5. Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
calo11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or bonus abuse. The decision to suspend or close an account is final unless the user can submit an objection with strong supporting evidence within 14 calendar days of the notification.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be temporarily frozen for investigation purposes. If the investigation concludes and no proven violation is found, the balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. However, any balance derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all remaining balances that meet withdrawal requirements must first be withdrawn. After a voluntary closure, account data will be retained in accordance with the platform's applicable privacy policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the calo11 platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the intellectual property of calo11 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from calo11.
calo11 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, system updates, or events beyond the platform's control. calo11 is not liable for financial losses arising from temporary service unavailability, unless direct negligence on the part of the platform can be proven.
Links to third-party sites that may appear on the platform do not imply that calo11 endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Users who access third-party sites do so at their own risk. The terms governing the use of this service are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
